In-stock parts ship from US inventory, typically within one to two business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout from real package weight and dimensions — no inflated handling fees. Heavier assemblies (fusers, full maintenance kits) ship freight-protected.
Unused parts in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Tested OEM-pull components carry a 30-day functional warranty — if a tested part arrives non-functional, we replace it or refund it. Controller boards and other static-sensitive electronics marked "final sale" are non-returnable once the static bag is opened, except under the functional warranty.
